Team: Account Management

Reporting Manager: Creative Director 

Office Location: Kolkata


Roles and KPIs

Presence to improve on profit-making goals of the organization.

Participate fully in the online marketing activities of the organization.

Collaborating with associated Partner/Agencies/Industry People

Devise online marketing projects and undertake such towards enhancing the image-making and profit-making goals of the organization.

Identifying industry relevant to our services( Digital marketing, Website design, Branding, Creative Design) mapping their existing requirements. 

Designing and implementing a revenue strategy of Key accounts and prospective clients. 

Serve as the lead point of contact for all Clients for account management matters.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.


Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent written communication and verbal agility are necessary. 

Acquisition of new client accounts by providing clutter-breaking strategy during pitches. 

Review client briefs received & decoded by Reporting Manager. 

Regular touch-base calls and online meetings with clients to provide updates, collect feedback, build relationships, understand client’s strategic / growth plans and identify upsell opportunities. 

Brainstorm with relevant teams for client pitches and execution of briefs. 

Timely resolution of client escalations/feedback. 


Desired Candidate Profile

Leadership and Negotiation Skills. 

Teamwork and collaboration.

Prepare reports on account status. 



UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization or PG - Any PG Course – Any Specialization; Post Graduation Not Mandatory. 

Candidates with 2+ years of work experience can apply.
